Yes, we provide several teeth whitening options for adult patients under the supervision of our dentist.

Q. How white will my teeth go?

All natural teeth will whiten; however, since teeth whitening is not an exact science, no one can guarantee how white, and how long it will take. Some people whiten faster than others, depending on the cause of the tooth discolourations.

Q. What are the teeth whitening options you can provide?

There are two options: We provide take-home whitening where most patients enjoy superior, longer lasting results by whitening in the comfort and convenience of their own homes. If time is short, we can provide in-chair whitening. Whilst quicker, the results tend not to last as long and more home whitening is required shortly after.

Q. Will I be suitable for teeth whitening?

Whilst most people are suitable for teeth whitening, the treatment can only be undertaken under a dental professional’s strict supervision following a complete oral health check and assessment.

Q. Is teeth whitening dangerous?

Under most circumstances, teeth whitening is not harmful or dangerous, however, there can be some side effects like sensitivity. As dental professionals, we always supervise the strength of the whitening gel.

Q. Will I suffer tooth sensitivity?

Around 50% of patients can suffer some degree of sensitivity. This can range from a mild tingling to acute pain. These sensitivities can be easily managed by your dental professional.

Q. Can I whiten my teeth if I am pregnant?

No.
